| 摘 要： | 人类社会经济发展是有规律的。经济发展目的决定发展方式,就是一条基本规律。改革开放以来,我国经济发展速度很快,取得了很大的成就,但也付出了较大的代价。总结改革开放经验,遵循经济发展规律,必须实现三个转变:经济发展重点从城市转向农村;经济发展方式从高速度转向高效益;收入分配政策从一部分人先富起来转向共同富裕。
