完全市场经济还有多远--中国经济转型进程研究

经济转型进程是一个动态化的过程,但已有的研究只偏重于对经济转型进程"量"的测度,而忽视了转型进程中不同阶段"质"的飞跃。事实上,中国在1997年就已经完成了体制转型,建立了"完全的市场经济",但是中国还需要实现经济发展,向建立"好的市场经济"方向继续努力。为此,中国要在经济转型过程中实现金融架构与产业架构的相互协调,在实现工业化的同时向信息化迈进。

How Far Is It from Full Market Economy--Study on the Process of Economic Transition

This paper holds the opinion that economic transition is a dynamic progress, but domestic and foreign studies on the transition progress just pay attention to the quantity measure, and neglect the quality leap of the transition progress. In fact, China had already finished the system transition to establish full market economy, however, Chinese economy still needs further development to establish good market economy. Therefore, China must coordinate both the financial structure and the industrial structure to achieve industrialization, and make progress to information synchronously.
