镇村集体经济组织建设背景下楼宇经济发展现状及问题——以上海虹桥镇为例

镇村集体经济组织投资发展楼宇经济,即是集体经济转型升级的迫切需要,也是快速城市化背景下,镇村积极构建农民基本权益保障机制的有益探索,而在此背景下发展起来的楼宇经济,又面临着诸多特殊性难题。本文以上海市虹桥镇为例,试图对该镇楼宇经济的发展现状及面临问题作简要分析,发现集体经济组织在为楼宇经济发展注入强大动力的同时,也在基本要素、管理运营、规划等方面存在先天不足。

Building economy development’s present situation and problem under the background town and village collective economy organization construction——take Shanghai Hongqiao town as example

The township-village collective economic organizations to invest in the development of building economy,not only is the urgent needs of the collective economic transformation and upgrading,but also is a very useful exploration in building rural farmers’ basic rights protection mechanisms,in the context of rapid urbanization,and in this context,the development of building economy,even faced with many special problems.This paper,taking Hongqiao as an example,tried to give a brief analysis of building economic development situation and problems,found that,the collective economic organizations injected a strong driving force for building economic,but it also made congenital deficiencies in the basic elements of management and operation,planning and other aspects.
