| 摘 要： | 教学工作离不开四个主要环节：了解学生，课前准备，课堂讲授，学生反馈。了解学生，有的放矢地教学，是搞好教学工作的前提。钻研教材，研究教法是讲好课的重要保证。课堂教学要讲究艺术性，有激情、热情和感情，同时要及时掌握教学的反馈，不断调整自己的教学。

| Abstract: | Teaching has four main sectors: understanding students,pre-class preparation;class instruction,student's re-sponse.Underst and student,so that can set aim for instruction,it is a prerequisite for education.Study course books and methodology is the safeguard of good instruction.Class instruction emphasis artistic quality,enthusiasm and passion.Besides,utilize instruction reflection and adjust instruction. |
