| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献归纳方法,归纳出一套包括3个层次、16个具体指标的区域循环经济评价指标体系。在此基础上,运用多指标排序法对长三角（上海、江苏、浙江）的循环经济推进效果进行评价与比较。结果表明,长三角区域的循环经济推进总体态势良好,但与地区GDP增速相比仍然存在不足。比较研究得出,上海市循环经济推进效果最好,浙江次之,江苏殿后。
