| 摘 要： | 党的领导是社会主义政治文明的根本保证和显著特征.发展党内民主是加强党的执政能力的需要,是建设社会主义政治文明的首要任务.以党内民主推动政治文明是社会主义政治文明建设的基本途径,因此必须完善党内民主制度,树立科学的民主意识,以确保党内民主的健康发展.

| Abstract: | The leadership of the CPC is the basic guarantee and the remarkable feature of the Chinese socialist political civilization.It is necessary to developing inner-party democracy in order to improve the party's ruling power,and also the most important task on political civilization.To promote political civilization by inner-party democracy is a cardinal approach to build socialist political civilization.Therefore,in order to develop inner-party democracy,we must work out perfect democracy systems and set up scientifically democracy consciousness. |
