机场机坪安全管理研究

摘    要:应用灰色关联理论对某一民用机场机坪不安全事故数据进行关联度分析,依据层次结构模型,基于灰色关联分析得到的权重来表征专家判断信息,构造出各层次的互补判断矩阵,依据层次分析法原理,对影响机坪事故发生的风险因素进行总排序。基于灰色关联理论的层次分析法的安全管理研究,克服了风险评估矩阵、单独使用灰色关联分析方法或者单独使用层次分析法的局限性,对于有重点地改善民用机场机坪安全有着积极的作用。

Abstract:Grey Correlation Theory(GCT) was applied for making a correlation degree analysis on a civil airport apron's unsafe accidents, accord- ing to the structural hierarchical model, several complementary judgment matrixes for each hierarchy were constructed with the experts judgment information expressed by the weights solved by grey correlation analysis. Through calculation by use of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the general importance of each factor was obtained and ranked. With the combination of AHP and GCT, limitations of the risk assessment matrix, sin- gle-use of grey correlation analysis or AHP were overcome. So, this approach not only objectively assesses the safety status of civil airport apron, but also is helpful to the improvement of safety management.
