| 摘 要： | 我国在审前拘押环节上还存在许多不够完善的地方。为使之与国际标准接轨,应改变现行侦押合一的 拘押管理模式,尽快完善司法审查体制、诉讼迅速等相关制度和原则,以遏制超期羁押、刑讯逼供等现象的发生。

Analysis of Perfecting the System of Taking into Custody before Trial |

| Abstract: | There exist some problems in the link of taking into custody before trial. In order to meet with international standard, we should change the present management mode of taking into custody and perfect the system of judicial examination and relative systems and principles of fast suit as soon as possible to prevent the occurrence of exceeding the time limit in taking into custody and extorting a confession. |
