| Abstract: | The paper pointed out that the resources restraint could explain"stock restraint" and" flow restraint".The stated the certain practices of the Japan energy restraint mode and the breakthrough of the energy "flow restraint".The conclusion was provided that the energy saving and consumption reduction and the new energy development could overcome Japan energy"stock restraint" and could reduce the dependence of the overseas petroleum. |
