| Abstract: | According to the high investment of coal resources development,overcapacity risk,capital chain tension risk occurred by the rapid expanded projects,the structure contradiction occurred by the coal chemical over development,investment risk during the overseas resources development process and others,the paper had a detail analysis and provided the relative countermeasures. |
