| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育的迅速发展,教育投入和教育需求之间的矛盾日益突出,由此产生了多元化筹资办学的新体制,同时也给高校带来了一定的财务风险。为了防范和规避财务风险,高校应建立财务风险评价体系,并从资金筹集周转角度进行层层分析,及时发出预警信号,果断采取相应措施,以保证高校资金运转的安全和高效。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of higher education,the conflicting between educational supply and demand sharply rises,which produces new system of multi-channel investment to run a school,and make certain financial risks to some colleges.To prevent and avoid the financial risks,this article establishes evaluation index system,and makes an empirical study of the current situation of Hebei province colleges. |
