新型工业化是中国实现"和平崛起"的发展道路

我国的新型工业化,是属于战后兴起以发展中国家为主体的世界笫二轮工业化,较之发达国家在18和19世纪实现的世界笫一轮工业化,是迟到的工业化。其主要特征是,它是信息化时代的工业化,有巨大后发优势可以利用。新型工业化将导致中国崛起。“崛起”的经济含义就是把我国二元经济转化为现代化经济,把几亿农民转移到工业和服务业,把中国建成世界级制造业基地之一。实现新型工化的手段,决不像传统工业化那样靠殖民战争和掠夺,只能靠国际合作:引进外资和先进技术、对外贸易、共享市场等,这就需要和平的国际环境。所以,“和平崛起”战略,是新型工业化的惟一选择。

New Industrialization-A New Development Strategy to Achieve the Goal of China' s Peaceful Rise

The new type of industrialization emerging in China belongs to the second global wave of industrialization arising in developing countries with China at the center after the second world war.Compared with the first industrialization launched by the developed countries in the 18th and 19th century,it is a latecomer.Featuring the information age and possessing great potential as a procrastinated movement,this new industrialization will contribute immensely to China's rise."Rise" in a economic sense can be translated into transforming the dual economy of China into modern economy,transferring hundreds of millions of farmers to the manufacturing and service sectors and turning China into one of the top manufacturing bases in the world.The realization of the new type of industrialization must rely on international cooperation,the introduction of foreign investment and advanced technology,foreign trade and sharing markets rather than the traditional mode of colonial war and ruthless exploitation.This requires a peaceful international environment> Hence it follows that the strategy of achieving a peaceful rise is the only alternative for the new industrialization.
