| Abstract: | Based on the real estate market in Shihezi,the visits on properties for sale and the questionnaires on consumers, the article summarizes the particular situation of the consuming market and the property under construction,and analyzes the status quo and the problems in real estate residential market,with the aims to put forward related countermeasures and promote the real estate market in Shihezi,even Xinjiang,to grow strong and well.After these efforts,the city image can be changed into prosperous,multi-element,healthy and colorful new one. |
