| 摘 要： | 农村宅基地使用权流转是当前我国农村工作的热点问题之一,加快农村土地使用权流转对我国农村经济的发展具有重要的意义。因此,我们要在弄清农村宅基地使用权流转的概念后,依据农村宅基地使用权流转的条件,探索农村宅基地市场化流转的必要性,从而找出农村宅基地市场化流转的途径。

| Abstract: | The Circulation of the using rights of rural homestead is currently one of the hot issues in China rural work.It is significant to speed up rural land use right transfer for the development of China's rural economy.After we understand the rural homestead definition,we should explore the necessity of countryside homestead marketability circulation and propose circulation ways according to the conditions of circulation. |
