健康旅游耦合协调度与空间分异研究——以云南省为例

伴随人们健康关注度的提升,健康旅游已成为支撑全球旅游业发展的重要力量。论文旨在构建健康旅游发展评价指标体系,采用熵值法、耦合协调度、全局莫兰指数等多种计量方法,对2009—2018年云南省16个州市健康旅游发展水平的时空分异特征与影响因素进行研究,结果表明:产业发展水平对云南省健康旅游的影响大于服务发展水平和环境质量因素,导致发展内驱力有所不足;云南省各州市健康旅游发展变化趋势不同,呈现稳健性、正"V"型、倒"V"型三种类型,三者区域数量呈现梯度减少;云南省健康旅游发展协调性较差,多数处于"互补类"和"附加类",并且多属于产业型发展模式;云南省健康旅游发展呈现"先聚集、后分散"的变化趋势,正在由"单中心"发展向"多中心"的发展演化。

Research on the Coupling Coordination and Spatial Heterogeneity of Health Tourism:Taking Yunnan Province as an Example

With the improvement of people’s health concern,health tourism has become an important force to support the development of global tourism.Adopting entropy method,coupling coordination degree,global Moran index and other measurement methods,this paper aims at constructing the evaluation index system of health tourism development,and studies the spatial-temporal differentiation characteristics and influencing factors of health tourism development from 2009 to 2018 in 16 prefectures and cities of Yunnan Province.Results show the impact of industry development level on health tourism in Yunnan Province is greater than that of service development level and environmental quality factors,which leads to the lack of internal driving force.The development trend of health tourism varies in all the cities and states in Yunnan Province,showing three types of robustness,positive"V"type and reverse"V"type,with the number of the three regions showing a gradient decrease.The coordination of health tourism development in Yunnan Province is poor,most of which are in"complementary"and"additional"categories,and most of them belong to industrial development mode.The development of health tourism in Yunnan Province presents the trend of"gathering first,then dispersing",evolving from"single center"to"multicenter".
