印刷机着墨量在线监测的新方法研究

介绍了一种使用超声波传感器在线监测印刷机墨斗中油墨量并进行自动控制的方法,设计了一个由超声波发射器、接收器、电压放大电路、超声波检测电路以及报警电路组成的监测系统。当印刷机墨斗中油墨到达最低线时,系统会发出报警声提示加墨,改进后的系统可以在线显示墨斗中的墨量值,实现了印刷机供墨装置的自动化控制。

Study on New Printing Machine Inking-up On-line Monitoring Method

This paper proposes a method which can monitor and control the ink in the press ink fountain automatically using ultrasonic sensor. After analyzing physical properties and the installation location of the ultrasonic, a monitoring system that consists of ultrasonic emitter, ultrasonic acceptor and voltage-magnified circuit, detecting circuit and alarming circuit is designed and then a developed method is put forward. The system will give an alarm to add the ink as the ink in the ink fountain reaches the minimum position and the developed system can display the number of the ink in the ink fountain. The system using on-line monitoring method can realize the automation of the inking-up.
