| 摘 要： | 企业扩张是世界企业演化史中的一种基本现象，是企业发展量和质的统一。纵观世界企业扩张的历史，企业成功扩张的一个根本前提就是企业的创新力。企业成功扩张过程，就是企业在技术、产品、市场、管理及治理制度等方面的创新力不断延伸不断强化的过程。
