中国旅游强县规模发展特征及影响因素研究

摘    要:
文章采用变差系数、基尼系数、首位度、赫芬达尔系数和位序规模理论,从旅游接待总人数和旅游综合收入两方面对2003-2011年中国17个旅游强县规模发展特征及其影响因素进行分析。研究发现:中国旅游强县旅游接待总人数相对差异减少,总体均衡;旅游综合收入起伏明显,呈波浪型变化,但相对差异较小,彼此竞争激烈。17个旅游强县旅游规模都在不断上升,但首位分布不是非常明显,差异不大,保持接近状态。旅游强县的总收入规模位序变化呈现稳定、波动、跨跃三种发展类型。研究得出:旅游规模差异和规模位序分布是在受多种因素的影响。其中,旅游资源禀赋和区位条件是先天基础,市场导向是外在动因,产业政策是重要导向,投资行为是重要动力。

Abstract:
Based on the theory of rank-size and using Coefficient of Variation,Gini Coefficient,Primacy Index,Herfindal Index,this paper makes an analysis of the total tourism revenue and the number of tourists in 17 strong tourism counties in China from 2003 to 2011.The research shows that the relative difference of total number of tourists is reducing and general equilibrium;while the tourism comprehensive income fluctuation is obvious and the competition among themselves is fierce.Tourism scale of 17 strong tourism counties is on the rise,but the first distribution was not very obvious,only having little difference and remaining almost the same.The change of the tourism size and rank shows three types of development models: stability,fluctuation,span jump.The study finds that tourism scale difference and distribution are influenced by many factors.Among them,the tourism resources endowment and geographic conditions are innate basis,market orientation is the external reason,the industrial policy is the important guide and the investment behavior is an important power.
