信息通讯产业融合下的产业边界和市场结构分析——以电信、广播电视、出版三大产业融合为案例

产业边界的界定是对某一产业进行市场结构分析的基础。但是,在信息、数字和网络技术推动下,信息通讯产业间发生的产业融合使得原有清晰的产业边界逐渐模糊甚至消融,这就使得产业边界的界定变得困难,打破了市场结构分析的基础,并给传统产业组织理论带来了新的挑战。本文主要结合传统产业组织理论,分析信息通讯产业融合给产业边界和市场结构带来的变化和影响,为产业融合的市场绩效以及政府对信息产业融合政策提供一些分析参考。

Analysis of Industrial Boundary and Market Structure in the Industrial Convergence of Information and Telecommunication Industries——For the case of convergence among telecommunication, broadcasting television and publication departments

The definition of Industrial boundary is the basis on which an industry's market structure is analyzed. However, under the promotion of information, digital and network technologies, the industrial convergence between information and telecommunication industries makes the original clear industrial boundary blurred gradually and even being ablation , which leads to the difficulty of defining industrial boundary; breaks the basis of analyzing market structure and brings new challenge to the traditional theory of industrial organization. Mainly combining traditional theory of industrial organization, this paper analyzes the impact that industrial convergence of information and telecommunication industries brings to the industrial boundary and market structure, and provides some references to the analysis about market performance of industrial convergence and government policies on the industrial convergence of information and telecommunication industries.
