| 摘 要： | 作为财务揭示的热点问题,盈余管理受到广泛的关注。盈余管理动机包括资本市场动机、契约动机和政治成本动机。大量的实证研究对盈余管理发生的频率和程度进行了检验,但是研究还相当肤浅,还有许多领域值得进一步深入。

A number of researches have been made to examine the magnitude and frequency of earnings management. But they are still very superficial need furthur exploring. |
