| Abstract: | According to relevant state regulations and food inspection standards, analyses the quality of food and its quality investigation and put forwards the problems existing in the work. Put forward the optimization test resources, improve staff quality, the accuracy of the testing data of the problems, and puts forward some suggestion to solve the problem. |
