美国"次贷危机"与日本"泡沫危机"的比较分析

在近期,美国发生了次级抵押贷款危机。这场金融危机波及的幅度和范围都创下了新世纪以来世界金融危机之最。而上个母纪90年代初,日本也爆发了后来被人们称之为"泡沫危机"的金融危机,并对日本经济造成了长期的影响。目前从两场危机的产生原因、表现方式、及作用机理上看,都表现出了明显的相同之处。但在危机爆发的规模、世界宏观经济环境的大背景、两国政府处理危机的方式等方面又有所区别。两场危机对中国发展资本市场提供了可资借鉴的经验和教训。

A Comparative Analysis of American Sub-loans Crisis and Japanese "Bubble Crisis"

Recently,a crisis called sub-loan crisis has happened in the United States.The range and scope of this financial crisis could spread has set the record since the beginning of this new century.While in the last century,the early 1990s,Japan has also plummeted because of the financial crisis which later was called as"bubble crisis",and it has a long-term impact on Japanese economic.The comparative analysis of these two crisis could bring us the common and differences which would help China to learn something from the lessons and experiences.
