| 摘 要： | 为了对陕西投资者提供决策依据,将层次分析法和多级模糊综合评价方法相结合,对陕西省投资环境进行综合评价。评价指标体系分为目标层、含5个因素的准则层和含18个指标的指标层。结果表明:陕西省投资环境界于“中”与“良好”之间,投资环境有待进一步培育与改善。

| Abstract: | Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and fuzzy evaluation are combined to get a comprehensive evaluation method for evaluating shanxi investment environment in order to provide the decision-making support in investment.The evaluation index system consists of three layers,objective,rule layer with 5 factors,and an layer with 18 indexes.The evaluation result shows that level of Shanxi investment environment is between "average" and"good".Investment environment should be improved in future. |
