| 摘 要： | 发展循环经济是社会可持续发展的途径,是落实科学发展观的必然选择,是构建和谐社会的根本出路。本文针对目前我国发展循环经济过程中存在的问题,运用委托代理理论,探讨了政府发展循环经济的几种模式。

| Abstract: | The development circular economy is the social sustainable development way, which is inevitably our choice to carry out scientific lookout of development, is also to construct the basic outlet of harmonious society. This article points out some questions of circular economy exist in our country, in term of the principal-agent theory, discussing the government to develop the circular economy in several kind of patterns. |
