| Abstract: | As technology progresses, electronic business （EB） enter a new phase： ＂on demand e-business＇. In this paper, some representative cases having deeply impact on the e-business progress are introduced. Then an in-depth analysis is made that, the following factors should be emphasized to eradicate the security threats, including security technology, management, social ethics and legislation. |
