| 摘 要： | 利用CAPM模型,在世界现有六大产油区域内,对中国石油企业对外直接投资区域进行战略选择。结论认为,中国石油企业应该在中亚、俄罗斯等产油区域全面进行投资,以分散国际直接投资风险。同时,还要深入西方跨国石油公司投资的高风险地区进行边缘投资,在积累中不断扩大直接投资区域,最大限度地获取国际石油资源。

| Abstract: | The CAPM is introduced in this paper,in order to analyze the strategic choice of FDI for China's petroleum enterprises in the six petroliferous areas of the world.The conclusion suggests that China's petroleum enterprises should invest extensively in petroliferous areas such as Middle Asia,Russia so that the risk of direct investment could be decentralized.Simultaneously,they should invest in the risk areas that are controlled by western petroleum corporations and enlarge the FDI areas continuously in the c... |
