| 摘 要： | 文中从理论上分析了用来监测、预测、跟踪和调控房地产市场发展的价格预警系统的工作机理、工作流程以及可能实现的功能。该系统可以对房地产走势和市场运行状态做出事前判断,并通过宏观调节控制促使房地产业沿着一条健康、有序的道路发展,调控国民经济产业结构,使稀缺资源在全社会范围内达到最有效的配置。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the working mechanism,processes,and possible functions of the early warning systems,which used to monitor,predict,track and control the real estate market price.This system can make pre-judgments to status and trends of real estate market,promote the industry to have a healthy and orderly development.It is conducive to regulate national industrial structure,and make scarce resources in the whole society to achieve most effective configuration. |
