| 摘 要： | 在分析G汽车制造公司现有可循环使用的周转包装和Milkrun循环取料的运输模式管理中存在的问题基础上,设计了一个基于RFID技术的周转包装库存管理系统。阐述了RFID的技术实施,对电子标签的选型、阅读器的布局进行详尽的论证,并探讨了库存系统的数据采集和预处理机制。系统能够实现出入库数据实时采集、盘点数据采集和周转包装调配的功能。

| Abstract: | The management problems of returnable materials packaging and Milkrun cycle mode of transport are analyzed in G Auto manufacturing company.An inventory management system of returnable packaging is designed based on RFID.The RFID tag and tag reader is discussed and the mechanism of data acquisition and preprocessing is demonstrated.This system can achieve real-time data collection,inventory data acquisition and scheduling returnable packaging. |
