| 摘 要： | 随着经济型酒店春天的到来,我国经济型酒店也迎来了高速大发展。但是,热背景下冷思考,真正考验经济型酒店企业的是快速扩张后的激烈竞争。如何应对这一激烈竞争,真正提高经济型酒店企业的竞争力,是经济型酒店行业面临的现实问题。文中在回顾相关理论的基础上,提出了经济型酒店应该实现的价值创新,进而提出了其应该坚持的竞争战略与策略,希望能够为经济型酒店的发展带来一些有益的思路。
