| 摘 要： | 我国民营经济正处于全面快速发展战略机遇期,黑龙江民营经济要想取得突破性发展,必须从根本上解决政策上制约因素,从宏观调控、管理体制上为其“松绑”,制定推进民营经济发展的新思路,为其创造良好的融资环境,鼓励其参与国际竞争。

| Abstract: | At the present time,the whole country and our province have constituted all the favorable measures for the development of Private-owned Business.Private-owend business is in its significant strategic opportunity period of developing rapidly on the whole.If private-owned business wants to have substantial breakthrough,exterior restricting factor must be investigated.In order to favor the further development of private-owned business,untie it on the system from the policy aspect must be carried out. |
