| 摘 要： | 构建农村和谐社会,经济发展是根本,文化建设是关键.农村文化建设必须与"以人为本"的社会发展目标相一致,要符合科学发展和社会和谐的要求.发展农村文化事业,是我国农业经济转型的客观要求.在农村文化事业建设中,要以先进文化为引导,从精神文化层面、物质文化层面和制度文化层面,以科学体系建设农村文化.

| Abstract: | Economic development and cultural construction are the basis of establishing harmonious society in countryside.Rural cul-tural construction should conform to the human-oriented social developmental aim and the demand of scientific development and har-monious society.Developing rural culture is the objective requirement of agricultural economic transformation,and we should construct rural culture guided by advanced culture and scientific system from the levels of spiritual,material and system cultures. |
