| 摘 要： | 文化规划概念在我国已经被提及,而面对理论与方法的空白,也有了一些关于西方文化规划的介绍性文章.论文则在西方文化规划产生背景、内涵解读的基础上着重研究了规划的编制程序与核心内容,并结合实际提出我国可从西方文化规划中获得的一些启示以及还需进一步做的工作.

| Abstract: | The concept of Cultural Planning have been accepted by our country to some extent, and there are also some introductory articles on Westren cultural plannings. Based on its backgound and definition, this paper introduced the key contents and methods of cultural planning in Western countries, and propose some revelations to China. |
