中国矿产资源与经济发展探讨

本文通过简要介绍博茨瓦纳与尼日利亚这两个国家主要矿产资源与该国经济发展的关联，并分析了这两个国家对矿产资源的管理、矿业繁荣的管理与对矿业收入的安排，得出矿产资源丰裕的国家的经济发展与该国对矿产资源的良好管理与对矿业收入的恰当安排存在着正相关。从而思考中国面临的资源问题，即如何高效率地开发与管理拥有的矿产资源，首先谈了中国经济发展与矿产资源的关联，接着就矿产资源发展举措这个问题提出浅显的认识。

The Discussion about Mineral Resources and Economic Development in China
