| 摘 要： | 近年来,辽宁省经济社会发展面临的资源环境约束不断加大,其生态经济系统的结构与功能发生了较大变化。基于能值分析方法,对1999～2009年辽宁省的能流、物流、货币流、废物流等进行定量分析,评价各子系统在生态系统发展中的作用和地位,并通过综合分析上述各种生态流,得出一系列以能值为基础的综合指标,定量分析辽宁省生态经济系统的结构功能特征、生态经济效益及其可持续发展水平,并提出相应的对策建议,以期能够为辽宁实现可持续发展提供决策参考。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the economic and social development of Liaoning province is facing increasing resources and environmental pressure,and the structure and function of the eco-economy system have undergone great changes.Based on the Emergy analysis,quantitative analysis is conducted towards Liaoning’s energy flow,logistics,currency flow,waste flow from 1999 to 2009 to evaluate the role and status of subsystems in the ecosystem development,and through comprehensive analysis of the various ecological flows,a series of composite indicators can be obtained.Quantitative analysis of the structure,function,efficiency and sustainable development of Liaoning’s eco-economy system is made and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward so as to provide decision-making reference to realize the sustainable development of Liaoning province. |
