我国东部11省市区域创新系统效率的探析

本文把区域创新系统与经济、社会效益相结合,运用DEA的分析方法对东部11省市区域创新系统自身的效率及创新产出转化为经济、社会效益的效率进行了分析。分析结果表明:东部沿海省市区域创新系统中创新投入转化为产出的效率令人满意,创新产出转化为经济效益的效率相对较高,但是创新产出转化为社会效益的效率相对偏低。最后,据此结论提出了相关建议和对策。

Probing into China east 11 provinces city and district innovative system efficiency

In this paper,we combine the regional innovation system with economic and social benefits.With a DEA model,we analyze the performance of regional innovation system of 11 provinces and cities in the eastern china and the influence of the innovation output on the economic and social benefits.The results show that the performance of regional innovation systems in the eastern coastal provinces is good and the ability of technological innovation output transferring into economic benefits is relatively strong.However,the capacity of technological innovation output transferring into social benefits is comparatively weak.According to this situation,we put forward some useful propositions and strategies at the end of the paper.
