| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的迅猛发展,经济的增长更直接地取决于对人力资本的运作和投资,所以要从知识型企业、人力资本的内涵和特征出发来分析有关人力资源的定价理论,从而得出结论:知识型企业人力资本应由市场定价。
