| 摘 要： | 本文从重庆目前“看病贵、看病难”的现状入手，通过对优化医疗资源纵向整合缓解重庆“看病贵、看病难”可行性的分析．提出了优化医疗资源纵向整合的实施建议，以图逐步解决重庆因医疗资源分配不均等原因而造成的“看病贵、看病难”问题。
