| 摘 要： | 产权正义是产权权益保障的根本,我国在推进城乡统筹发展中,农地产权正义缺陷显现,损害了农民土地权益。为此,应从农地产权制度正义、产权行为正义、产权程序正义等方面,完善我国农地产权正义,有效保护好农民的土地权益,顺利推进城乡统筹发展。
