中国各地区自主创新融资渠道比较研究

利用1997—2009年中国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据,采用GMM的分析方法,比较分析了四大融资渠道——自有资金、政府资金、金融机构贷款以及外商直接投资对全国及三大地区自主创新能力的影响。研究结果表明:从全国来看,自有资金对全国自主创新能力提升的支持作用最大;金融机构贷款主要支持实用新型专利的生产;政府资金主要支持发明专利的生产;FDI对我国自主创新能力提升的促进作用较小;金融机构贷款对东部地区自主创新的促进作用最显著;中、西部地区的自主创新更依赖于自有资金和政府资金。

Comparative Study on Financial Channel of Independent Innovation in Various Regions of China

This paper uses the GMM method and the panel data of 30 provinces and cities of China during 1997-2009 to compare the influenes of four financial channel(namely owner’s capital,government fund,financial loan and FDI) on the independent innovation capabilities of whole country and three regions.The result shows as follows:owner’s capital plays a dominant role in promoting the enhancement of national independent innovation capability,and financial loan mainly supports the production of practical patent,and government fund mainly supports the production of invention-type patent,and FDI has little usage for independent innovation;the promoting effect of financial loan on independent innovation capability of eastern region is significant,and the independent innovation in central and western regions more dependent on own fund and government fund.
