居民购买保险态度问卷调查统计分析

调查显示:男性居民与女性居民对购买保险的态度基本类同.未婚居民购买保险的频率要高于已婚者.学历层次越高者,对保险重要性认识越充分.年轻人保险意识较浓,老年人的保险倾向最低.家庭收入水平与购买保险的比率成正相关关系.但家庭子女的多少及赡养人口的多少与保险倾向无关.中资保险公司的拓展方向主要在医疗、儿童、人寿、教育和养老保险险种上,同时要加大保险宣传力度,完善售后服务,树立诚信理赔的经营理念.

Statistic Analysis of Questionnaire of Residents' Attitude Towards Insurance

The survey shows: male and female residents basically have the same attitudes towards insurance. The frequercy of buying insurance of unmarried residents is higher than that of the married. The higher record of formal shooling they have, the more importance of insurance they know. The young is more interested in investment of insurance than the old. The level of family income has the direct proportion with the rate of buying insurance. However, the number of children and the supported has nothing with the insurance trend. The Chinese company of Capital Insurance sees the medical care, children, life, education and retirement insurance as their expanding direction. Meanwhile, it will strenghten propaganda, perfect after-sales service and set up the operation idea of honesty.
