| 摘 要： | 高新技术产业作为以技术带动发展的重点产业，研究与开发的投入情况直接影响到它的发展速度。由河北省研发投入规模、投入主体、支出领域、企业性质、研发人员情况、科技产出情况六方面的考察可知，河北省研发活动存在投入不足、人力资源缺乏问题，应提高研发效率，引进科技人才、加强对引进技术的消化与吸收、拓宽高新技术产业融次渠道。

| Abstract: | An important industry which is forced by technology, R＆D has directly affected developing speed of high- technology industry. From researching the R＆D input scale, input mainbody, enterprises charater in the expense field, R＆D persons＇ condition and technology output situation, we can find the unenough input and the lack of human resource in R＆D in Hebei province. We should improve the efficiency of R＆D, absorb the technology human resource, strength on the digestion and absorption of the imported technology and widen the financing channel of high-tech industry. |
