摘    要:企业文化是企业的内部精神、内在动力,对提升企业长期绩效有重大作用,同时也是企业核心竞争力的重要组成部分。作为一种管理理念,企业文化越来越显示出对企业发展的巨大作用。文章探讨了企业文化和企业核心竞争力所具有的共性,揭示它们密不可分、相辅相成的关系。就我国企业而言,如何充分利用企业文化培育企业的核心竞争力,为企业的长远持续发展提供必要的保证。是当前企业管理实践中的重要命题。

Build up Advanced Corporate Culture and Groom Corporate Core Competitive Edge

Abstract:Corporate culture, an internal spirit and driving force for an enterprise, is of great significance to the improvement of long-term performance of an enterprise and a key component to drive up enterprise core competitive edge. As a management concept, corporate culture is demonstrating immense role in the development of an enterprise. The article discusses the common feature between corporate culture and corporate core competitive edge and their indispensible relations. As for China's enterprises, it has become an important practical management issue to fully utilize corporate culture and groom enterprise core competitive edge and to provide necessary guarantee for long-term development.
