物流一体化过程中流程的重组与设计分析

The Analysis of Reorganizing and Designing of Logistics Procedure in the Process of Integrated Logistics

With the development of economy, logistics industry as the new industry, which is formed of transforming with the new and high technology and traditional industrial merger, is developing rapidly in the global range. It is known as "the third kind of profit source" outside reducing the supplies consumption and raising labour productivity. Some logistics theories develop rapidly. Integrated logistics, since after getting out of, has received more and more concerns. Through the analysis of logistics procedure, the author puts forward the way of reorganizing and transforming of logistics procedure, and offered some views how the enterprises can realize integrated logistics and supply chain management.
