| Abstract: | The paper begin with discusses the theory of the regional scientific and technological innovation, and make clear the actual meanings of the construction of regional S&T system, then analyzes the status quo of the innovative S&T system of Ningbo, and puts forward some countermeasures and advice to strengthen the construction of the S&T innovation system of Ningbo. |
