| 摘 要： | 循环经济也称为资源循环经济,它是使生产所需的资源通过回收、再生等方法再次获得使用价值,实现循环利用,减少废弃物排放。循环经济是20世纪90年代后出现的全球最新的经济发展模式,循环经济的最基本特点就是在主产业链上向前向后延伸,实现闭合循环发展。它是一种运用生态学规律来指导人类的经济活动,是建立在物质不断循环利用基础上的新型经济发展模式。
