| 摘 要： | 科研项目是体现高等院校学术水平与整体实力的重要标志，而科研绩效评价和科研经费资助是高校科研管理工作的重要组成部分。高校科研项目研究将科研绩效评价结果作为科研经费资助的依据，是整体优化科研资源、系统整合科研优势、全面提高高校学术水平、整体推进科研实力的重要途径。如何实现高校科研项目优化，探讨高校科研绩效评价与经费资助的有效途径，成为目前高校科研项目资助研究的重要课题。
