浙江中小民营企业人才引进对策研究

摘    要:浙江是我国民营企业高度发达的省份。改革开放30多年来,浙江中小民营企业作为富有独特魅力的社会群体,已经成为拉动浙江经济不断攀升的主要力量。在竞争日益激烈的市场环境中,企业之间的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争。人才是企业最重要、最宝贵的资源,引进并留住最优秀的人才是浙江中小民营企业战胜对手的最佳途径。因此,认真分析浙江中小民营企业在人才引进方面存在的主要问题,探寻中小民营企业引进高素质人才的有效途径,从而提升企业的核心竞争力,是目前浙江中小民营企业家们亟待思考的问题。

Abstract:Zhejiang is the most developed province of private enterprises in China.More than 30 years of Reform and Opening up,Zhejiang small and medium-sized private enterprises,as a social group full of unique charm,have become the main force pulling Zhejiang economy rising.In the increasingly competitive market environment,the competition between enterprises is the talent competition.Human resource is the most important and precious resource.As far as Zhejiang small and mediumsized private enterprises are concerned,introduction and retaining the excellent talents is the best way to defeat the competitors.Therefore,careful analysis of the talent introduction's difficulties,searching how to introduce the most needed talents and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises are urgent issues for Zhejiang small and medium-sized private entrepreneurs at present.
