| 摘 要： | 通过运用层次分析法(AHP)对移动通信行业物流外包供应商评价模型的相应因素进行权重量化,为移动通信企业选择合适的供应商提供数字化定量模型依据。文中选取北京移动通信行业一家公司的典型物流外包项目—账单集中制作全外包服务作为案例,通过运用这一数字化定量模型实现对参评供应商的企业实力进行了评价和选择(即评价因素得分*权重=最终评价),并通过现场考察的方式对中标供应商的效果进行了跟踪评价。
