| 摘 要： | 随着房地产业的迅猛发展,楼盘的命名已成为开发商创意策划的一种重要手段,近年来也成为语言学界的研究热点之一。以搜房网公布的348个无锡市楼盘名称为主体,试图从社会语言学的角度对其音节选择、组合形式、语义文化内涵等做出考察分析。

| Abstract: | With the fast development of real estate the naming of housing estates is not only one of the important means for real estate developers to market their products,but also one of the research interests in the linguistic circle.This paper makes an analysis of the naming of housing estates of Wuxi from the perspective of sociolinguistics after do-ing statistics of the 348 housing estates according to the website of http://wuxi.soufun.com/.The detailed analysis is made from the three aspects: choice of syllabus,morphological forms and cultural connotations. |
