美国次贷危机的进一步扩大使得整个欧洲经济也进入了衰退期,欧洲不少国家的出口企业也面临着和中国中小企业类似的困境.然而,意大利的出口企业却安然无恙,在全球经济出现萧条的情况下,意大利出口依然保持较好的发展势头.意大利的中小企业在创新方面有很强的意识.他们不断的根据市场的需求进行产品的创新,根据环境的变化进行制度创新.而我国中小企业自身缺乏创新能力,不注意环境的变化以及忽视品牌的价值.政府部门不要一味的救济病态的中小企业,应该制定相关的政策来引导中小企业的健康发展,使他们经历金融风暴的洗礼后成为我国经济的后备力量.
